Pouarua Farms comprises of 9 dairy farms, 1 drystock farm, a cropping operation and a blueberry orchard and is proud of it’s iwi ownership and tupuna (ancestral roots) on the Hauraki plains.  Along with this pride in the past comes a passion for the future, for seeing people from all backgrounds be given opportunities to contribute to their own future and the future of the business through meaningful employment.

People who work best at Pouarua work hard, love the land, care for cows and have a strong sense of community and whanau.   Pouarua’s tirohanga matakite (vision) is for the land to be healthy and provide for today, tomorrow and future generations.
