Located in North Otago, this farm has been developed with an eye firmly on the future. Operating as a system 4 – 5, the farm is leading the way with its hybrid system, and makes full use of the extensive infrastructure and technology to maximize production while taking good care of the animals and the environment.

It goes without saying that your pasture management and animal husbandry skills are top notch, but we are looking for someone who brings so much more.  Critical to the success of this role is someone who can demonstrate:

• Experience with high input feeding
• High attention to detail and strong with numbers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Successful leadership experienced
• Performance-focus and drive
