Here at No8HR and P4S Consulting we’re passionate about helping to build better businesses and strengthen people and communities. One of our key vehicles for achieving this is through enabling and empowering people to grow themselves and to manage and lead others well.
Using techniques from across the coaching spectrum we work hard to understand our clients needs, how we might add value and then developing learning objectives and programmes that deliver results. Often a bespoke service, we’re the people who really care about making sure our work makes a difference to the people who put their heart and sole into their jobs and businesses every day.
This role is about taking the development lead for our North Island business, capitalising on the current opportunities already in the pipeline and getting even more.
Working under our two brands: No8HR and P4S Consulting, the role includes client needs analysis, programme development, facilitation of existing programmes and growing and developing the business.
In the last six months’ we’ve delivered programmes covering topics as diverse as personal resilience, change management, leadership and team development….in industries as diverse as manufacturing, farming, trades and local government….from operational to senior executive level. No day is a dull day!
We reckon there’s work for at least three days a week but we’re happy to take more! Our office base is Te Awamutu and we expect this role will travel throughout the greater Waikato and beyond to meet the needs of our clients.
So what are we after…?
You’re already be a skilled development professional with a wide variety of coaching, training and facilitation tools in your toolkit.

You’re great at the ‘front of the room’ and have the dexterity to read and adjust to your participants
You’ll understand the power of personal development and the commitment required to ensure clients engage fully with any programme to maximise the benefits.
AND most importantly, you’ll be great at what you do….!
